Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery is 5–8 business days.
Delivery estimates are based on normal shipping conditions and begin after your order has been dispatched.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after your shipment has been dispatched.
